Samantha discovered yoga in college after 13 years as a gymnast, initially using it for stress relief, and later learning the power of the practice and the associated self-discovery.  She received her 200hr RYT certification from Jeffrey Posner and Sarah Flaherty’s Yoga Framework school, which combines various yoga lineages and movement sciences including Hatha, Katonah Yoga®, Lotus Flow™, Ido Portal Movement Culture, and the FRC® Systems.  

Always a student, Samantha’s unique style combines continuing yoga knowledge, as well as her background as a gymnast and biomedical engineer, into challenging classes that focus on safe, sustainable movement and flexibility, paired with strength building.  Her classes are appropriate for all levels, where students can expect to explore within themselves on the mat, and leave class feeling strong and refreshed.
