Ryan Hamilton started practicing yoga to balance his passion for distance running and cycling. His relationship with yoga evolved to include a deep appreciation for the mental challenges and meditative aspects of regular practice. Ryan believes that yoga is about building strength and flexibility, both of body and mind. Looking to share this with others, Ryan took the next step in his yoga journey by completing his 200 Hour Teacher Training at Fierce Grace in London, studying under Michele Pernetta, who brought hot yoga to the UK in 1994. At ZURA, Ryan looks forward to helping students take their practice to the next level in a fun and supportive environment in Foundations of Flight.
