Michelle found hot yoga through Bikram yoga in 2006, using the practice to quiet the mind and physically challenge herself. After practicing at Bikram studios for a couple of years, she wanted to discover new ways to deepen her practice. She followed a friend to a Hot Power Vinyasa class and was hooked! Over the past decade she has used Vinyasa Yoga as a moving mediation to open her mind and body allowing her to evolve with the flow, discovering high energy and perceptive mindfulness. In 2016, she completed her 200-hour RYT training through Hot Yoga Chicks under Heather Sheridan and Julie Gurevich. Michelle leads a challenging, alignment-based and well-balanced class.
