Katie first started practicing yoga in 2006 after battling years of depression and anxiety. She discovered firsthand the powerful healing effects of yoga, which drove her to further her practice. She recently became a certified yoga teacher in order to share the benefits of yoga with others. She completed her 200 hour Vinyasa training with the Radiant Heart Yoga School at Yoga Bohemia on Long Beach Island, NJ. Katie has a passion for holistic health and nutrition, and strives to weave a comprehensive yogic lifestyle into all of her teachings.
