I took my first yoga class about 15 years ago and I remember leaving the class feeling out of place and disconnected . It would take almost another decade for me to truly understand and appreciate my practice. It first started out as another physical exercise, I was pleasantly surprised about the challenges and the changes I saw in my body. It wouldn't take long before I found a sense a calm in my practice which was the most humbling feeling ever.

In a quest to deepen my practice, I decided to enroll in a 200 hour teacher training taught by Jagadisha in 2014. It was both challenging and humbling.

Throughout my yogic journey I've learned how to be kind, compassionate, and patient not just towards other but most importantly to myself. I'm am so grateful and fortunate for the opportunity to share my practice with you.
