Ashton Skroka has been active in sports for most of his life. He developed an interest in how the body moves in college where he studied exercise science and kinesiology. Since college, Ashton’s been training individuals on how to stay physically balanced and maintain healthy food choices. Ashton is always working to optimize his own body and mind performance, whether through experimenting with different foods, working through brain games or trying different physical training styles. He hopes to live well beyond 100 years and even at an advanced age will continually challenge himself to do a proper burpee.
